Terms of Use
Effective 21 October 2026. Music Karkis is operated by Shiokz Studioz, Singapore.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Music Karkis you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You may browse without an account. To post, message or be matched you must verify your email address.
- You must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
- You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete my account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it on Music Karkis so the service can work. You are responsible for it. Do not post spam, scams, harassment, hate, illegal items, other people’s private details or anything you do not have the right to share.
4. Respect for other members
Invitations and messages are for making music. Do not use them to pester, harass, advertise or collect other members’ details. Contact details are never shown on profiles, so please do not ask for them in bulk.
5. Marketplace and gigs
Music Karkis connects people. We are not a party to any sale, hiring or payment between members and do not check items, offers or people. Meet in public places, inspect items before paying, and never pay in advance to someone you do not know.
6. Moderation and suspension
Use the Report button on any post, gig or listing. We may hide content, deactivate or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. A deactivated member is signed out and cannot sign in until reactivated. Write to us if you think we made a mistake.
7. The service
We work to keep Music Karkis available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without guarantees, and may change or pause. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the service or from dealings between members. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes go to the Singapore courts.
